I am a Phoenix native who has been eating Mexican food as long as I can remember. Many of my favorite meals (and all of my birthday celebrations) have been enjoyed in Mexican Food Restaurants across the Valley (I've now migrated to the East Valley).
And since I can't have it every day (chips and salsa handles - not attractive) the next best thing to do is talk about it!
